Monday links

Lots of composer news this week!

The world-famous conductor Gennady Rozhdestvensky (what, you haven't heard of him?) backs out of four concerts he was scheduled to perform with the BSO, because he didn't like the BSO's "disrespectful" marketing. You would think that at 77 someone would have grown up already. Luckily, he created a great opportunity for assistant conductor Julian Kuerti to step in.

Seiji is back with the BSO! The Boston Globe interviews him, and some of his answers are pretty cute!

And sadly, Richard Hickox passed away.
