It's a 37-minute talk with Itay Talgam, who talks about different leadership styles in conducting, and analyzes the conducting and leadership of different famous conductors. If you are a conductor, I highly recommend watching it!

(Side note: While watching it, he was talking a lot about responsibility and control, and I found myself wishing he would use the word "enable," which is one of the most important words to me about what conductors do. And then he did! Made me happy!)
